What's Included

The 4-Stage Mold Remediation Process.

Every job follows the same documented process, start to finish — no shortcuts, no guesswork.

Technician inspecting a property for mold prior to remediation 01

Inspection

We examine your property's history — past water damage, structural issues, HVAC condition — using moisture meters, thermal imaging, and a borescope to find every problem area.

Dry fog treatment filling a room with sterilant during mold removal 02

Removal

Our patented VaPURE dry fog creates positive air pressure that disperses InstaPURE sterilant as a vapor that reaches most places mold lurks — treating mold on contact.

Technician applying antimicrobial protective film during mold prevention treatment 03

Protection

EverPURE antimicrobial film is fogged onto every surface, forming a covalent bond that electrostatically attracts and destroys new mold spores on contact.

Testing

A post-treatment air sample goes to an accredited, independent third-party lab — so you get proof the mold is gone, not just our word for it.

Why It Matters

Bleach and Store-Bought Cleaners Don't Fix It.

A lot of people ask why they can't just buy some bleach or mold cleaner and wipe the problem away themselves. If you've tried that and you're here now, you already know it didn't hold. Wiping the surface doesn't eliminate mold from your home — and it can make the problem worse, spreading spores to the point where it poses a real risk to your health.

Surface wiping doesn't reach the source of the growth
Disturbing dry mold can release more spores into the air
Our dry fog treats the whole structure, not just what you can see
The Science

No Tear-Out. No Recurrence.

Our patented technology creates a 7.5-micron dry fog particle. A mold spore is between 12 and 30 microns — so anywhere a spore can get in or out of, the fog gets there too.

Traditional Cleaning

Bleach, wiping & spot treatment

Only treats visible surface mold
Can't reach wall cavities, attics, or crawl spaces
Scrubbing can disturb and spread spores further
No independent proof the problem is actually gone
Pure Maintenance Dry Fog

VaPURE two-step treatment

Positive air pressure forces InstaPURE into every material
7.5-micron particle reaches anywhere a spore can hide
EverPURE antimicrobial film bonds to surfaces to inhibit regrowth
Post-treatment lab air test proves the result

FAQs

Questions About Mold Remediation.

Some of the most frequently asked questions about the Pure Maintenance mold remediation process.

What should I do to prepare for treatment?
Your home needs to be vacant during the VaPURE process, so plan a place for you and your pets to be during the service. You'll get a message a few days before your appointment confirming the time and basic prep steps, like opening closets and closing windows.
Do I need to take paintings or wall art down first?
Because the fog is so dry, we've never had an issue with wall art or paintings. That said, many customers feel more comfortable taking expensive pieces down or covering them with a blanket first.
Do I need to move my belongings out of the house?
No — in fact, we want you to keep as many of your belongings inside as possible. Mold spores get trapped in fabrics, furniture, clothing, and mattresses, and those items should be treated too.
Will the dry fog reach behind my walls?
Our patented technology creates a 7.5-micron particle. A mold spore is between 12 and 30 microns, so anywhere a spore can get in or out of, the fog will penetrate. In special cases with a known issue behind a wall, we can drill 1/8-inch access points between the studs to treat it directly.
Is the treatment safe for my family and pets?
Yes. The products are "green," EPA approved, and safe for people, plants, and pets once the home is ready for re-entry. You may notice a different smell when you return, but it dissipates quickly.
How will I know the treatment worked?
Your technician takes a post-treatment air sample and sends it to an independent, accredited third-party lab with no affiliation to any mold testing or remediation company. You'll typically get results back by email within 4-5 days.
